Goals for 2022

• Blog about OERs, ADA, and big projects vs pilots. Working on it.
• Obtain a new position to refine what I know as well as grow professionally. Also, because my department of 50+ talented cross-functional web publishing experts is being eliminated this summer.

Goals for Chronic Underemployment in 2012

• Create courses in Moodle. Done!
• Develop learning objects with Articulate. Done!
• Develop learning objects with Camtasia. Done!
• Blog. Done!
• Work someplace where I have to learn everyday. Done! Artomatic taught me a lot.
• Find a great position where I can work with a cross-functional team to build great learning experiences. Done! @UMUC
